Dans le TD2, on parle d'erreur dans les points de contrôle mais à quoi correspond cette erreur? Comme les points de contrôle sont des points que l'on choisit arbitrairement sur l'image et auxquels on attribue les vraies coordonnées du Lambert 93 après coup, je ne vois pas comment le logiciel peut dire que le point de contrôle choisi présente une erreur. Ce qui revient à dire, selon moi, que le point de contrôle ne correspond aux coordonnées réelles qu'on lui attribue.

Hello Yoann - The error is based on the fit of the statistical model (see Kamel's post) between the GCPs and the image. I assume you used a simple linear model to fit the relationship between the GCPs and the image. Since the image was already rectified, a linear model should work nearly perfectly and have very low error (a few pixels at most). In your first attempt, you created GCP points that could not be fit by a linear model very well, so you got really big errors and a distorted final product. - Paul
